@JoanneMason11 Maybe sometimes the pain and trauma of life are so great that leaving is the only way out. Not a solution because of the pain and trauma the survivors suffer, but people in that mental space cannot process ever feeling normal again. I think God has a cure for them and us.

A woman our shelter worked with for years, who struggled to break free of domestic violence, took her life last night. The damage done by her abuser haunted her, as did the inaction of many people in a position to help. Some days, I really just want to burn shit to the ground.

@sukh_saroy so, you are doing prompt refining in english, just without good grammar. If I would prompt "I have a task: write a tweet. The topic is dopamine detox, it should be viral style and under 280 characters, in a punchy and contrarian tone" you get the same.

Prompt engineering is dead. Nobody is writing english to chatbots anymore. The best outputs are coming from people who write prompts like code. It's called json prompting. and once you see it, you can't go back:

@MikhailaFuller I know what you are going through. I was on xanax/ativan for over 10 years. The withdrawl was soul crushing, took 5 years to start feeling normal again. Its been six now I consider myself lucky - 90 percent fail. Most doctors have never even met somebody like me.

We figured out that dad has a psych med induced neurological injury, and has been suffering from akathisia. It’s been 6 years since any psych medications. Last summer his symptoms started, after a flare up likely induced by mold (CIRS) and stress. It was complicated by pneumonia and associated sepsis a month later. It’s been horrible. Neurological injuries from psych meds are far more common than people know. I made this video to explain what they are and what akathisia is because they’re not talked about enough, they’re misdiagnosed, nearly impossible to treat, and hidden by the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t plan on making another update about my dad, it stresses my family out, and myself, and there’s nothing more to say about it until things get better. I will be jumping up and down about psych med injury awareness from now on as it’s impacted my health as well, and is devastating. Prayers are appreciated still.
