According to the email, SEGA decided that her participation no longer met the program’s eligibility requirements, community safety standards, and brand guidelines. MiiaTzu said she believes the decision came after backlash over jokes with old clips and messages that resurfaced online. Supporters of MiiaTzu say she became the target of a harassment campaign because of her views on transgender issues and other social topics.
