Linux has a bunch of helpful tools to create screenshots and annotate them.
Here's how you can combine slurp, grim and satty to capture a region, window, monitor or all of your monitors and then annotate + copy to clipboard or save it to disk.

Removing surprises before running a system update is a good idea.
I've modified my dotfiles' install script to introduce a config option that lets you toggle if you want to auto-confirm package installations or not. It even optionally shows Arch news!
