@Ell150n Not sure. Probs combo of pitch, batting, Eng batsmen not great vs spin, due domestic game issues (not an expert on that, though). But, if it's not a regular occurrence, then doesn't bother me. Don't expect that to happen again anytime soon (4th test will now be even shorter! hah)
