Lead like an Engineer
@Engineers2Rule

@Engineers2Rule @rorysutherland There's a difference between solving a problem and solving a legal problem

Perhaps the great paradigm war is not left vs. right, Democrat vs. Republican, pro-data center or anti-data center, but rather
Engineers vs. Lawyers
Empirically solving problems vs. an argued perspective on the problem.

He is a bought and paid for puppet. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

I'm starting to doubt Albanese sanity. Giving a speech on white supremacy is the biggest danger facing Australia. When was the last time white supremacists slaughtered 15 innocent men, women & children with semi-automatic rifles in broad daylight. He truly is a special breed.

The pendulum has a bit further to swing before it briefly pauses...

Socialism is crippling this country. To sustain the infinite printing of money, investors will get taxed more. Just watch. The tax rate is already outrageous. Progression is punished and grifting is rewarded. #ausbiz #auspol

@OMGTheMess Yeah, but just intelligent people. No need to have politicians in the room.

@PeteWargent Builders are reluctant to enter fixed price contracts. Mum & Dad future home owners can't get finance unless it is a fixed price contract.
Housing completion rates are about to drop.
Speckies and mass developers might keep going but the custom home market has already stalled.

Rising fuel prices and interest rates threaten to halt new housing projects

@ausstockchick He is like a 3yo trying to help you unload the dishwasher. Every time he touches something, it breaks. "I'm helping, I'm helping!"
He would be more help to this country if he just went on a 3 year holiday and let us fix this ourselves.

@elliev25x Why aren't we importing wealthy boomers who want to retire here and spend their $ in Aus?
Why are we importing welfare recipients?
English

@elliev25x There is a heap of low hanging fruit!
The lowest hanging fruit would be to stop importing welfare recipients that are also military aged males intent on killing their hosts.
It solves energy, food, housing, culture and security in 1 go.
English

@elliev25x Is the fuel debacle over 6 ships failing to port out of 80 in 2 months? 7.5%?
Aus population has increased by 6.7% since Albo started importing without increasing energy infrastructure.
It is hard to pay for infrastructure when the imports are also on welfare.
English

@Engineers2Rule Sending back welfare recipients is an easy win.
How does it help grow food and ensure energy security?
English

@ronInBendigo Free market balancing would assume that taxing the shit out of everything is an incentive to move offshore.
Either way, the greed remains. But less tax in Australia equals more jobs in Australia.
English

@Engineers2Rule It's a nice idea, but do you think it would stop corporate greed?
English

@bowtiedstocks If he really wanted to sell, then he wouldn't announce to everyone that he thinks prices are tanking. (Else, he gets a lower sale price)
The actual goal is to get you to sell your property and ask his team to list it.
English

@disco___cat It used to be drowning in backyard pools. In Australia, 3rd place was gum tree branches breaking while children were climbing them. (Don't climb gum or Poinciana trees)
I think cars are the first 2 spots now, being in one crashing and being hit by one.
