@ElizKolbert @ezraklein Jane Lubchenco has pointed out that ocean acidification from increased atmospheric CO2 might be as big a problem as increasing temperature, in a world where ~3B people get their protein from the sea. The discussion of whitening the sky needs to consider this side-effect.
