Morning
1. 6:30 AM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up to kickstart digestion and rehydrate.
2. 8:00 AM: Drink 1 glass (250 ml) of water 30–60 minutes after breakfast to support digestion without disrupting enzymes. / If you’re thirsty sooner, take small sips instead of a full glass.

Midday
