Citizens took down boards to free tenants but were quickly boarded back up. Apparently the building was not kept up by the landlord and already unsafe and these folks had no where to go.

@Portland_State We find that #Oregon #eviction cases are well above historical average since June 2022, with 1 in 57 renters are named in filings with Black and "Other racial group" filings 45% higher than White filings.
