@itsshinydelta @Thimbiee from pure buffing yes but astra gives healing which is amazingggg for skill issue players, i feel like tier lists are catered towards average players who want to see whats easiest way to clear something and healing can sometimes be great

i just went to test dps of my nefer and oh my god in team with kokomi she deals like 80k dps and in team with c2 nahida she deals 150k dps 😭 i didn't know there's such a huge difference
