For Trump to have gotten to where he is, everyone along the way knowing how bad & potentially dangerous a person he is, he must've had/still have some serious info/evidence of really powerful, rich people doing unimaginably horrific things. Beyond simple career-ending revelations

You can spot that particular trait, deflection with just how quick & vicious they will turn & attack, often personal &/or unrelated to the original point, in response to being challenged, or just a minor disagreement. Just not blindly followed/agreed with. Fear of loss of control

It's a common trait associated with narcissism. That fragile ego - Can't be wrong, must be right, must be admired and in control. How dare anyone question, challenge or undermine that? Then; deflection & the vicious, aggressive attack to make sure they're never challenged again.

Trump is so fragile. Like so many wealthy, powerful people, when they're confronted, when their sense of entitlement is challenged ever so slightly, or they're made to feel a fraction of the discomfort most people feel all the time, they unravel, get hostile and confrontational.
