@WineGlassTatt We had a laugh in the cheer squad when he lined up on Georgiadiis a few times. Every time a tall got the ball we kept saying put Caleb on him. He’s a good mover of the ball but gets out marked nearly every time in defence.

I understand the frustration towards Caleb Daniel at times but there's realistically no chance he's getting dropped at any point this season. He'd be one of the first names on the sheet for the selection committee.

@WineGlassTatt @JustCantEven18 What is his role? Half forward position and can’t kick goals?. Banch or Harvey can at least kick goals though less defensive pressure. Hard to find a balance I guess.

@kangamerchant He’s fit too. He’d run back into defence alot and take marks in the backline. Then run forward and be an option. Also did a few rucks too and won them. He has to play - it’s not optional. Replace CCJ.

Not only has Cooper Trembath kicked two goals in 10 minutes, he has also looked so strong at ground level. In the wet, better below the knees than nearly everyone else in the blue and white on the field. Just play him!

@grapha22 @aliciaisabelx Interchange looks a little heavy on the defence. Probably swap corr or McDonald for Banch/Harvey/other small forward as backup. Dawson won’t play all season so Corr will be back leaving that spot on interchange.

This is a concerning strategy, considering we have been consistently scored heavily against in the last few seasons. Yes, team defence needs to improve, but you would think it wise to target some experienced defenders this trade period. Are the defenders we have good enough, and can they improve in 2026? #Kangas

@TheTruthNMFC You know the wind played a pretty major part in the game. So it wasn’t so much that they stopped us scoring as was hard scoring and moving ball against the wind. Hard to judge fall of ball as well.

@marniecohen I’d give him the rest of the season off. Sooner he can fully recover the better chances of a full pre-season. Longer they leave it, he could do further damage and then a shortened pre-season impacts next year. Give some kids a chance before delistings at year end.

@TheTruthNMFC Sorry mate but our rebuild started 2yrs ago when Clarko was distraction free and able to coach. Our players are still young and not 100 game fit like Geelong is. That coupled with our injuries, this result was never in doubt against a top 4 team. Any expectation otherwise 🤷‍♂️
