100% people complicate things to much and try all these fads etc. It all boils down to energy consumed vs energy burned. Being in a caloric deficit is the only thing you need to understand for weight loss. Like you'll have fat people say they cant lose weight because they retain water or they have a medical condition or any other excuse under the sun...anything to avoid having to stop overeating.

People who never even hike have all of these “retreat to nature” fantasies. Then they see one tick bite can change your life, one bad fall, you are plowing your own snow in winter. Unless you can afford a huge staff to do everything. Even then, it’s isolating.

I'm a big fan our yours I dont agree with every take and this is one of them. Many of the things you're hating on CD for was PRAISED when done in Breath of The Wild and RDR2. For some reason CD is getting crapped on for having the same mechanics those games got praised for... make it make sense.
