Tried to redeem my Forest essentials reward points at mumbai airport. Staff said can’t. I said fine, I’ll pay cash—asked if the purchase will at least go to my FE acct? She said nope, will credit Adani One points, & can only redeemable Adani one. So weird. @ForestEssential 😡
