The violations involved trading shares without pre-clearance & contra-trade transactions. The Board directed the disgorgement of profits amounting to ₹1,05,522 to the SEBI Investor Protection & Education Fund. A strict warning has been issued against future non-compliance. @LearningEleven Itni bhakti mat karo sir, its totally one sided deal, its looking like a order rather than a deal. Farmers will suffer huge, they wont be able to compete to US Farmer coz of there scale.

If you have bought quality stocks at better prices, don’t spoil the average price by topping up at the breakouts, in 90% cases, breakouts aren’t working out. Have patience, most names are revisiting lower levels.
