@whendricso Ironically, it's the Fall Creator's Update (or FCU) that screws over Chrome. I'll just let you use your imagination there.

PSA: If you enjoy gaming in Chrome on Windows 10, hold off on the Fall Creators update (1709). It creates a HUGE mouse control problem for Chromium-based browsers. Looking for a work-around, but ultimately, either Microsoft or Chromium are going to have to address this issue.

Mouse-look bouncing around in Chrome on Windows 10? Looking in to a work-around for a bug that was introduced in the latest Windows 10 update for Chrome/Chromium users. In the meantime, non-Chromium based browsers (Edge, Firefox) don't appear to be affected.
