How to be prepare for insane YoY growth for your bootstrapped DTC brand 🤠 Create a 2024 sales forecast broken out by month, channel (DTC vs AMZ) and sku. Create a 2024 PO summary that lays out individual units needed + a delivery schedule required to hit sales forecast…use this information to leverage cogs reduction + improved payment terms with manufacturers/vendors. Create a 2024 P&L forecast plan which will layout your cashflow and debt needs…use this to go shop debt options with vendors. The biggest unknown…can we hit our sales forecast at our marketing efficiency goals? Good thing my zone of genius is funnel hacking…very excited for 2024 🚀 FWIW I brought on a fractional COO who helped build out this entire system in 30 days.

@zachmstuck @chrismeadej We recommend granular control of WOS targets (by SKU and sales channel!), which is easy to do with the right tool.

@chrismeadej We’re shooting to have 8-12 weeks of inventory on hand all year. But agreed this is going to be harder and harder to nail down the larger we get. Focusing on keeping sku count low should help.
