Endene to Little Rock! Massoma Endene, who won three straight DIII NCAA titles at Wartburg before transferring to Iowa, has announced his new home. Endene wrestled 7 matches for Iowa this year in November before an injury sidelined him and led to his departure as a Hawkeye. He'll be bumping up to 285 for the season!

7 years , 4 schools, 1 near death car wreck and multiple accusations later he can still somehow try for another year of eligibility. What a joke of a system. Retroactive Olympic years when they weren’t actually pursuing it are absurd.

@GC197_ The portal isn’t the problem. The portal replaced an archaic, antiquated system that was heavy on paperwork and light on efficiency. It’s the NIL Wild West (that’s been reined in, for now, by NILGo) that is the issue.

I am torn on the portal in wrestling, because while it is great to see athlete’s get opportunités they earned, it’s tough to see some smaller programs lose guys

@wrestlingnomad 4 contested wins and a VERY tough path. His lowest ranked opponent was #17. One win was by pin without a TD. Pins are good imo. His losses were to #1 Trumble and #3 Ghadiali. 4th place and 45% bonus. Previous bests were R16 and 7% Great improvement & season for Doucet!
