@leeza2799 vegetable oil has a higher boiling point than water. Petrol has a boiling point of 95C. They are not enzymes.

Nitrogen oxides are produced at very high temps and Nitrogen reacts with Oxygen. Sulfur Dioxide can be produced if fuel has impurities.
