This week in Delhi, I finally had a proper Indian meal! I lunched at Kwality, a legendary restaurant, and had their famous channa bhatura (chickpeas served with fried and puffed potato bread). It might not look the prettiest, but the flavor was incredible – truly mind-blowing!
