Jeremy Brandt has been hired as the new Head Boys Basketball Coach for Minot High School. Coach Brandt is an educator in the Minot Public Schools system. Coach Brandt has been a head coach for many years, most recently at Beulah High School.

No but seriously, the system is definitely broke and seeing how things played out on the boys side along with the girls side, it’s very clear that whoever votes on these individual awards aren’t people that actually watch the games.

@GregBatke @CraigKeating @NDScores I was talking to a coach about this scenario just last week and asked him the criteria and his exact words were “popularity contest”. In my opinion moving from big city ball in MN to small town ball in ND the media coverage is crazy. To many kids get overlooked around here.
