C’est très important de comprendre que cette pétition est signée par plus de 700000 vraies personnes identifiées uniques avec leurs accès officiels et uniques certifiés par les technologies officielles prévues par le Gouvernement. C’est pas une pétition à la con que 700 personnes ont signé 1000 fois fake ni que 7000 personnes ont signé 100 fois fake.

Am I crazy for thinking this isn't grounds for a character to get reverted? To me it just looks like she has blood rage pop now. Also I feel like if you get hit by 100 meter Potemkin on a cS CH, you messed up hard at some other point earlier in the round.

About Zenless Zone Zero Billy gameplay changes (2.8.2) Bike driving mode has been removed, and his Special is now a bike dash that consumes HP and can parry. On a successful parry, you can follow up with a Chain Attack without using Energy. Holding Special triggers a bike slam that consumes Energy but restores HP, or a dive kick if the bar is full. His bar generation also seems much higher now, allowing more frequent dive kicks. Some interactions may still be buggy, and certain follow-ups are locked after parry.
