@StreamOnMax halfway through The Pitt every other episode. The voice audio goes from clear to a talking through static.

@StreamOnMax well I let my TNT subscription swap over to HBO max - it worked yesterday - today nothing - did an online chat still nothing - really disappointed with them - not a good start at all!!

@hbomax you suck! I was forced to pay for you if I wanted to watch March Madness and your ROKU App keeps lagging and crashing especially during ads! And yes it’s totally up to date you just wasn’t ready for the onslaught of traffic! You should credit everyone’s accounts!

@hbomax Hi folks I've been trying 45 mins to get my account up and running, filled in forms on the TV and on my mobile, been thru Sky, Prime and the HBO app but so far nothing. I'm reasonably tech minded but giving up, just not worth the hassle.

@addievervale @hbomax maybe a stupid question but are you logged in? it still says sign in/sign up in the corner. some websites are weird and after you sign up it doesn't automatically bring you into your account, you have to sign in separately. it makes no sense 😭 i can see all the eps on my acct!

@hbomax everytime an ad comes on the movie gets frozen and dont come back on. 3 nights in a row same spot. Your streaming service blows ever since Zaslav showed up. This happens all the time. I want my money back

@StreamOnMax What is up with not having subtitles? Did you forget that deaf people exists? And how do you have audio in certain languages but then not have subtitles in those same languages? Make it make sense

Just bought @hbomax, why does it take 2 minutes for it to load anytime I push a direction? No other streaming app I have does this. Smart tv. 1 gig internet. My upload/download speed is around 500 mgs most of the time. $19 a month for this? Seems like a 1 month thing. #hbomax

Is anybody else having serious lag issues on @hbomax ??? I have multi gig internet and it takes me 5 minutes sometimes for a video to load once ive hit play
