@chrisbisramjr Payments can only be made in person with the local store. If you are not able to do digital options and can only pay in person at this time. You can go to another nearby store in the store locator link I provided above.

I’m disgusted with @Verizon & @VerizonSupport. I just got an alert that they reported me as delinquent, my credit score dropped, & a bill collector is texting me on a bill that’s paid. You can’t get a person on the phone. What happened to customer service? Unacceptable!
I have no internet today, because @Verizon shut it off. The reason? A month and a half ago when I moved into my new apartment, a Verizon tech installed our internet, but never...turned it on? So we've apparently been using the old tenant's internet.
So here's what's next. They won't just turn it on. They have to send someone to install the equipment that they already installed.
On top of that, I was promised a Nintendo Switch as a promo, which I will no longer be receiving because now I'm considered a "new account" and the promos are different now. And all of this because Verizon screwed up installing my internet.

There should be a law against companies like @Verizon that Denies customers access to live representatives unless their bill is paid, especially when the customer is trying to pay the bill but the automatic systems aren't working. @ewarren

@FrontierCorp and @Verizon excellent job providing rock solid and ultra fast fiber optic internet in the northeast during heavy snow, sleet and near zero temps. Our family was able to work and play while stuck at home.
