Over 4 hours dealing with @Verizon @VerizonSupport to simply get a fios extender replaced. Still not resolved.
Whatever support model @verizonfios it is not customer focused!

@Verizon That’s not what I’m talking about. When you change the channel the current time no longer appears. The timeline that shows how far into the show you are no longer appears.
I have to press info AFTER I change the channel to see this detail.
This is a recent change.

Thank you Lucy! I'm glad that you are back up and running. The site I sent is from the main Verizon.com site and that has been the customer service phone number for over 5 years now. I recommend to use that one. We have live agents here via social media, so feel free to reach out to us. We're here 7 days a week 6am to 12am midnight EST.

Tried calling support, connectivity issues on Home Internet. (Posted as 8am - 12 am Sun - Sat). “We are currently closed. Please call back during normal business hours of…..” click. Disconnected. Twice. Still don’t know your hours.
