@rtenews @TheHighKings knew Shaun very well from the KC Irish fest. An incredible chef and an absolute Irish gentleman. Flying the flag for ireland, within a few seconds of our first meet he was inviting us for breakfast to the hotel he worked at. Kind, funny and all round great guy. RIP
