Congrats to @teerip7 on his Nationals winning the National League Pennett. Tripp has been an integral part of the development of alot of this club as the @PotomacNats Skipper for several years. Great to see a former @DelawareBASE player have so much success at the highest level.

Refreshing to see hitting vids that dont require the vernacular of a physicist, yet still clearly communicating movements and philosphies. Great coaches are great communicators. Big words and fancy tech are cool, but Taking the complex, saying it simply is how young hitters learn

Time to raise the expectations for @DelawareBASE to get back in the top 50 in the nation list and surely in the top 100 as it was in the 70s 80s and 90s. UNCW is the staple of consistency in the CAA and its not soley because they are located on NC. Lets go Hens!

You learn more from failure than success. Greatness is obtained through many failures. Those who fear failure and avoid it will surely end up with mediocracy.
