Every single thing Obasanjo did wrong, this admin has repeated it. Every single thing Obasanjo did right, This admin doesn’t have the capacity to dream of it not to talk of repeating it.

Obasanjo talks big cos he’s aware most Nigerians don’t read and those who do have forgotten much about his 8 years in office.

@___SHANTI__ Very terrible. Kwankwaso could not even get 2000 votes in sokoto that is a state in his geopolitical region, I wonder how they think he’ll miraculously change that overnight

Honestly I do not understand how they think this ticket will in anyway shake tinubu. It’s sad and annoying

I am very okay with the OK ticket and, in my opinion, it’s the best. But something needs to be stated.
One of the laziest arguments during election season is the idea that one candidate is only good for the general election while another is only good for the primary. Serious candidates win primaries through alliances, negotiation, compromise, and timing. Nobody wins on vibes alone.
From 1999 to 2023, most presidential primary winners in the major parties emerged through give and take. Even those who looked popular still did the hard political bargaining behind closed doors.
Another point people ignore is party membership. If ADC has less than 4 million card-carrying members, these are the people, directly or indirectly, who will decide the presidential ticket. So the real question is: among those members, who truly has the edge today — Peter Obi, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Atiku Abubakar, or even Rotimi Amaechi? Social media noise does not answer that.
One of the biggest disappointments is how some people who claim to want Obi to win are busy attacking or insulting Atiku. I have said it many times: I have never voted for Atiku. But if Obi needs this coalition to win, then wisdom is required. If Obi were on a separate platform, criticize anybody freely. Inside a coalition, reckless attacks are own goals. You are arming the ruling party. Many outsiders may even think such confusion reflects Obi’s style, when it does not.
That Baba Buba singing mockery songs against Atiku does not mean well for Obi. Or at least, does not understand the damage those songs can cause. That is the least I can respectfully say.
With what I know, I am more politically cautious of Amaechi than Atiku. He appears to understand something many people ignore: membership mobilization. If one person is quietly building presence in the North East, North West, and North Central and other parts of the country while fans of others think online pressure can bully people into submission, then some people are not reading the room. Atiku fans made similar mistakes in the build up to 2023.
If you think any 2023 candidate still has his base fully intact, you are underestimating how fluid Nigerian politics is. None of them is sure of anywhere. Even with governors and structures, uncertainty remains. Why do you think even with 32 governnors on Tinubu side, he is still doing more because he is not too sure whether they are truly with him? That alone should tell each election cycle comes with different dynamics.
So what should we do? Wait for the primary outcome. If it goes our way, the general election will still require the coalition. No one wins alone.
At this stage: less noise, more strategy. Less entitlement, more negotiation. That is how serious elections are won.

We are in a position wheɍe if APC attacks Atiku, we should all defend him. If APC attacks Peter Obi, we should all attack him.
But we are helping APC by attacking Atiku and Atiku's people are attacking us.
See what we are doing.
APC and OBIdients will attack Atiku. That's 2 to 1.
APC and Atiku's people will attack Peter Obi. That's 2 to 1.
But Tinubu who is ruining lives is not troubled at all.
This is witchcraft. Juju.

• "When will a player like Messi come along again?"
🚨 Xavi: "I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think it will happen anytime soon. I lived with Messi every day for 15 years, and he was the best at everything.
Technically? The best. Physically? The best. In understanding the game? The best. Even in the air, he was good. His weaker foot was incredibly strong. Mentally, he was a true competitive beast.
"He was an invincible player, a phenomenon. He was also the easiest player to play with. Playing alongside him was simple, because whenever you passed him the ball, he improved every situation and made you a better player.
"Sometimes he would even get upset with me if I passed to someone else. He’d say:
‘What are you doing? Pass it to me. Come closer, come closer and play with me.’”@RomarioOnze
