Heartsteel as a rush item is fucking terrible lmao what are all these posers and larpers in comments. On top is absolute doodoo and on jungle its a bit better but I think componentmaxxing belts into Heartsteel/Warmogs is way better since you just spike easier with better stats

@AlanTheTeemo I mean the exercises im doing im progressing for over 1 year and 8 months. I used to be able to do these curls with 10 kilos each now im at 38 its not a sudden change. My body is used to everything because its just been a slow buildup. This weight here i did for 4 last week now 6
