Red Lining, Black Wall Street, Rosewood Massacre, Deindustrialization of factory jobs that helped Black Men before the Crack Epidemic.

Ofc there's still more white offenders, blacks still commit crimes a disproportionate rates. Funnily enough there's still more black on white crime than the other way around.
