To be clear, this isn’t a story of Alec Guinness being homophobic. Alec Guinness was bisexual and was arrested for cruising when he was younger. This is a very sad story of how queer people had to hide themselves and assimilate into a deeply homophobic industry.

With the trial in the courts to commence this week set over 3 days, the police have taken a huge step backwards in conceding the phrase “all Zionists are terrorists” is not antisemitic.
At this point I genuinely don’t understand or know what I’m on trial for, so if you’re confused that makes two of us.

Please, don’t scroll past this post. We are dying. Every day, we catch 6 to 7 rats inside a tent that is only 4.5 meters wide, where 7 people live, including a 4-month-old baby. We don’t know when this war will end, but I’m sure we will die before it ends because of the abandonment from all countries. There are dangerous diseases spreading because of the rats. The rats sleep with us inside the tent, just as they do with many families across Gaza. We have no choice but to stay strong and survive. We are suffering in the worst possible ways here. I am writing this while crying over our situation. Please, I beg you a thousand times, we are not numbers — we are human souls who deserve to live.
