@xConjo @llwtydeer The days would be perceived to have sunlight until later, that's a fact. On standard time, sun would set at lets say 4 in the dead of winter but under DST it would set at 5

@kitsuneredFES I respect them for what they are as the roots of a franchise. They basically set the groundwork and formula for all Pokemon games for the next 25 years. That said I have zero desire to ever replay them when FRLG are just better versions of the same game

I feel like somehow these games are both overhyped by millennials but also very unfairly despised by newer fans at the same time. Not the best in the franchise but nowhere near the worst. They're just a very solid set of first games

I've said it before. The future of American youth soccer is school soccer. Middle School and High School soccer needs to be grown into a legitimate outlet for players. Culturally, most kids and families already see High School soccer as bigger than club soccer. Why fight it?

MLS is poor at attracting American soccer fans who wake up every Saturday morning at 7am to watch hours of European football, and that’s an audience they need to capture in this country. The last thing they should do is make the sport unrecognizable to the rest of the world.

I don't have a strong opinion on this, by the way, but my feeling is it won't happen. I don't think it won't happen because of any logistical reason, I think it won't happen because a 90 minute football match is one of very few sancrosanct things in all of global sports.

@bluchupikaboo The fact that so many pokemon evolve at such high levels is my number one complaint with Unova. Why are random pokemon which aren’t Pseudos like Vullaby or Meinfoo evolving at levels in the late 40s and 50s?
