TLDR: Barrage is bugged and is now a horrible ult For the past few months barrage has felt a lot weaker, I noticed I couldn’t kill tankier heroes as well with it, and supports would get away really easily when it didn’t feel like they should. I thought it was just S9 health pools + more immortality abilities + tankier block abilities but turns out no, barrage is just absolutely HORRIBLY bugged. Barrage does 40 damage per rocket, 10 direct hit and 30 splash. Now (and I’m not sure how long this has been the case), barrage does not do splash damage. The rockets do 40 for direct hits still as far as I can tell, but they do not splash unless they hit something. Barrage might be one of the worst ults in the game with this, it’s genuinely awful.
