Ibrahim Abu Aram lies on life support in Gaza, unable to breathe without machines, his body growing cold and unresponsive, as his family has spent months pleading for his evacuation for medical treatment. Despite holding medical reports, Ministry of Health documentation, and WHO approval to leave for treatment, Ibrahim remains trapped under the Israeli occupation blockade with no evacuation in sight. His family says they were contacted once two months ago and then abandoned without any follow-up, while his condition deteriorates by the day. His brother holds the World Health Organization and every official who received Ibrahim's file and delayed his departure directly responsible before God, naming each moment of bureaucratic delay as a moment that is costing his brother his life. Ibrahim has a wife and daughters waiting for him.
