@theskulled That would be awesome. It would also be great to see people learn optimisation again. Atlas textures etc. I was lucky to have a great art director at my last job who showed me so many optimisation tips. There’s also a shift to older consoles recently, which I love!

@ImAverageOSRS I feel like with the rising price of GPU's and RAM, we are going to see a reverse of this. There is going to be a lot of games designed to be run on a toaster because its where majority of the market is.

I have been replaying Assassin's Creed 2 on the Steam Deck after picking it up on sale. Mind blown that this game can run so smooth on a handheld. But, it does have me asking why can't we make games like this anymore?
