@ZacGoldsmith What a sweeping & dangerous statement to come from someone in the public eye! Dismissing or ignoring what the phrase 'from river to the sea Palestine will be free' means to the Palestinians is yet another means by which to silence Palestinian perspectives.

There’s a pretence from so many that the outpouring here is purely about Palestinians. How then do those people explain the hang glider stickers on countless T shirts, the chanting of ‘from the river to the sea’, the numerous videos appearing on social media of pure Jew hate (you have to make a real effort not to see if)? London today is engaging in an othe of Jew hate and pretending otherwise is absurd.

London today, vast numbers of people in this crowd are there to celebrate murderous depravity & to incite the eradication of Jews from Israel. And people (pretend to) wonder why Jewish people want a home of their own.

There is nowhere safe to go in Gaza. No escape. No aid groups who can step in. How can 1 million+ people suddenly relocate amidst terrifying bombing? This is insane & will have devastating humanitarian consequences.
