My favorite part of the Indy talk is listening to my friends in Carmel rave how Indy is the best place to host big events. These same people NEVER go downtown & when they do go to a Colts or Pacer game they always get downtown right before it starts & leave as soon as it’s over.

I hate that when you buy from certain online retailers, you automatically get enrolled into Shopify. Shopify then saves all your info, including your payment info, even if you didn't authorize them to save it.

This is, in fact, one of the film’s biggest problems. We keep hearing how this is the slickest crew ever - they do this sharp, they do that sharp - but you as the viewer know they negligently hired a psycho moron for a non essential role, botched his termination by having no back up plan, failed to follow up, then proceeded to undertake huge risks while a known hostile party with inside information remained at large. Heat doesn’t get tagged on lists of “1990s films where the plot depends on everyone being bad at their jobs” but really it’s among the worst.

The free bus trips to Atlantic City were paid for from the casinos. They ruined many people like Richard says of his aunt. Yes, I get it, we make our own choices. However, the gaming/lottery industry was and is predatory on the people who can least afford it. There is too much money being made to change it.

@BillKrackman You made me remember my Aunt who lived in Chinatown on Mott Street. When Atlantic City casinos opened. They ran literally free round trip bus service from Chinatown to AC. She blew thru her life savings. Had to move to Flushing and live with another Aunt. Very sad.

@angelaganote The fact that you can’t go onto the ATL airport website and get updated wait times by terminal, instead all they have is a general warning to arrive 4 hrs early, is a testament to how awful that airport is. Most other airports you can go on their websites and get real time info.

Zero security lines at ATL and ICE agents working every station. Moving us all quickly. We got through security total time in 3 minutes from start to finish.
The agent that helped us said let me guess “You heard through the media that the lines were 4 hours.” I didn’t tell him I worked in media, but said yes. 🫢 It was so fast we are now on standby for a flight leaving at 11 instead of 2.
We are hearing that there may be 30 seats available because the IU swim dive team is not going to be on this flight now. GO HOOSIERS. Go Delta.
