Sometimes a problem that looks ominous isn’t so bad when you take the time to cool it off &work it up. High grade stricture after instrumentation for stone disease. Take the stent out, place PCN, rest the ureter &reshoot RG+AGP. UU or BMG uplasty will work nicely here. Let’s go!
