i used to think trading was complicated… turns out I was the one making it hard i’ve been trading for about 3 years now lost money watched loads of youtube videos tried different strategies basically did what most people do and if i’m being honest… i didn’t really know what i was doing no real system just mixing things and hoping it works what changed wasn’t some crazy strategy it was understanding a few things properly first thing i had to fix wasn’t even strategy it was me patience emotions knowing when to stay out because most losses don’t come from the market they come from you then i stripped everything down no multiple indicators no clutter just one thing bollinger bands it’s not magic it just shows you when price is stretched upper band → price is relatively high lower band → price is relatively low middle → average that’s it but the real shift wasn’t the indicator it was how i use it i stopped trading random timeframes i start from the top 1W 5D understand direction first then drop down for entries so now it’s simple i’m not chasing price i’m waiting when price moves to extremes and it aligns with the bigger picture that’s when i act for the last 3 months i’ve been testing this with $1… sometimes $5 just to understand it properly no pressure no emotions just data and consistency i’m not saying this is the best strategy i’m saying this is the first time i actually understand what i’m doing and that alone changed everything if you’re struggling with trading you don’t need more indicators you need clarity simplify it learn one thing properly and stick with it if this resonates… try it yourself i’ll probably break this down in a video later have a productive day 👌
