@JoeNoblet There’s definitely no system in place. I know they switched management company in June but Direct Debits were fine until Dec & just stopped. No answer our query or even letter to say payments missed. Shouldn’t complain but when it’s a charge on the properly it has ramifications

@JoeNoblet I’ve had a standard email after 45 days saying we can’t help until you provide us with information which I’ve already provided 🙄 No letters, not answering phone calls and not attempted payment. I have a full log of anything so I’m leaving it with them. Not our error 🙂
