Erika Kirk makes a statement regarding Trump grabbing her pussy at Charlie Kirk’s Klan Rally, I mean “memorial”. With pyrotechnics and all! 🖕

This wasn’t about honoring a young man’s life of political service. It was a rally. It was mass conditioning through weaponized faith, with death repackaged as a “turning point.” A 10 hour stadium revival stitched together from nationalism, the glorification of military enlistment and biblical martyrdom. This is the machine. It even had pyrotechnics.

Breaking News: Robert Cosgrove officially resigned today from his role as special prosecutor in the Lindsey Gaetani indictments, after she sued Cosgrove and Brian Tully at the urging of Grant Smith-Ellis. Special Prosecutor Robert Novack also resigned after collecting $20K from the taxpayers. Ken Mello was booted off the case 2 weeks ago. Michael Morrissey is unable to appoint someone knew since she's also suing him. Without the Towel completely sabotaging this case, none of this would be possible. It is perhaps one of the greatest legal gifts in history. One by one these charges are all going away: tbdailynews.com/2025/09/22/can…

The O'Keefe family would have a much stronger case against Karen Read if they were suing her for dropping John off at a house where a drunken jealous ogre (who he didn't know was jealous of him) and a man eating dog were inside. They could also sue the homeowners and every person inside that house who didn't tender aid to John. But that would require facing reality, which they are unable to do. I truly enjoy watching the O'Keefe family lose. They deserve it.

@DoctorTurtleboy This is why so many people hate you. The only ones that like you are the white grash ciggy smoking housewives with nothing to do with their time but swoon over a man that calls himself “Turtleboy”. Just so you know I won’t feel sorry for your kids when you go to prison!! 🖕🖕

@SueOC_NBCBoston A colleague and fellow journalist is facing 105 years in jail for exposing corruption in the government, and you can't be bother to read the pre-trial documents or attend a pre-trial hearing because you have ZERO intellectual curiosity about why this is happening? OK

Sue O'Connell: COMMENTATOR, not a reporter
Why I Haven't Weighed In on the Aidan Kearney Charges I've been getting asked why I haven't commented on the @DoctorTurtleboy charges. Here's where I stand. There's a good chance I'll be assigned to cover this trial - just like I did with Karen Read and will do with the upcoming Brian Walshe case. My job assignment is crystal clear: react to what happens in the courtroom, not the pre-trial filings or motions. That means I deliberately haven't reviewed the material. Period. That also means I can't offer you an informed opinion without doing my homework. So I'm doing my job. Here's the other piece: I've been working with my colleagues on one of his cases; helping gather information, interviewing subjects, etc. That means since I'm working more in the role as a reporter (yes commentators sometimes report, like a pitcher who also covers first base) I absolutely cannot comment on those matters until they're resolved. First Amendment cases that make it to trial? They're rarely black and white. The speech usually sits in some murky gray area, which is exactly why these cases are complicated. Understanding not just what the evidence shows, but how that evidence was collected - that's essential. And to everyone asking me to weigh in early - consider this: what if my take isn't what you're expecting? What if it actually works against whatever outcome you're hoping for? What if my opinion gets dragged into the trial testimony - but not in the way that helps your side? Bottom line: I don't know if Kearney's actions constitute protected speech. He is being granted his right to due process and his actions are being lawfully adjudicated. When I see all the evidence presented properly in court, when we learn more about how the investigation was conducted, then I'll have an opinion worth sharing. Until then, I'm doing what good opinion journalists are supposed to do - waiting for the facts before commenting. Revolutionary concept, I know. And yes, I'm waiting…not investigating. Refer to the second and third paragraphs to understand how what I do behind the scenes impacts my finished work. Thanks for your interest and reading the entire post.

@DoctorTurtleboy @SueOC_NBCBoston she's not a reporter, until she wants that title. Then, wingo! she is! Unless she's not. Pre-trial motions ARE part of the trial. More so in a case like this when previously there has been shennanigans.

@DoctorTurtleboy @SueOC_NBCBoston Man you really want zero colleagues in this industry don’t you? You’re such a fuck up. You would have been a star at Crimecon but you ruined that also. You never know when to Shut up. You are you own worst enemy.

@DoctorTurtleboy Actually lying when you work for a broadcaster is an acceptable reason for firing & he deserved to be fired. Because of his ratings continuing to plummet, I don’t think his contract would’ve been renewed in 2026.

Here are my thoughts on the Jimmy Kimmel firing: 1. It absolutely is politically motivated cancel culture. 2. The government (FCC) should never use their power to urge private companies to fire comedians who are critical of their administration, and doing so is a way to circumvent the First Amendment. 3. You can't be OK with using the powers of the government to censor speech you don't like, no matter how much it offends you. The cure to being offended is to change the channel, and let the free market cancel the show. 4. Jimmy Kimmel lied about Charlie Kirk's killer. Lying isn't an acceptable reason for the government to use its powers to silence someone. However: 1. I have long believed that the only way to fix cancel culture censorship is to let everyone from both sides of the aisle get a taste of censorship. Too many people are OK with censorship when their opponents are censored, but once it happens to them they realize how bad it is. So in a way I think this is a good thing, because hopefully left and right can come together and agree to stop censorship all together. I feel the same way about the witness intimidation statute - if everyone started getting charged with it they'd eventually change the law. 2. For many on the right this is about revenge, not principles. During the pandemic there was a government led purge of all dissenting opinions from social media. All of the people banned were from the right. Almost all of the people cancelled were from the right. What you're seeing now is revenge, and the left should've seen it coming. You can't use the government to censor people and then act shocked when they do the same when they are in power. It's not right when anyone does it, but it's not surprising either. 3. Late night TV shouldn't be biased. Jay Leno and David Letterman made fun of everyone. Now it's just one way for the most part.
