@MetaQuestHelp I ask as I added Arizona Sunshine to my library, then received notification saying play the title before it is gone, assume the notification was simply generic to all Quest+ subscribers regardless of whether it is in user library or not

@xlmotose listen folks, you really need to sort out your refunds on returns in a timely manner. All it does is make me feel concerned and consider if to deal with you again, which is a shame given that I had spent several hundred on gear, with only one return way back 11 July

@virginmedia I have reset my hub, and reset my xbox, and 'still' I am unable to get xbox 360 to sign into xbox live. If I switch on personal hotspot on my phone, connect my xbox to my phone's wifi , I can connect and play online... what is going on with my VM connection, I have also tried dmz

@Johncouk You may need to reconnect to your home network on some of your devices and put in your WiFi password again, but not always. Your Hub should take around five minutes to perform the factory reset and boot back up.

@virginmedia If I do a factory reset on the hub, am I going to be without internet, or, will it connect back up to your/my service after a hub reset? I don’t want to be sitting in call queues at the weekend?

@Johncouk We understand, we'll do our best to help. Can you please try performing a factory reset on your Hub? If you're unsure how to do this, please tell us what Hub model you have and we can go from there. Additionally, are any other devices having issues with connection?
