@StagecoachGM I know. Which is why i'm having to carry 2 phones around with me (even though all purchases, logging in to the app etc are verified by my fingerprint). I'm saying it's ridiculous, not that I don't know what's going on.

So ridiculous that if you get a new phone you have to carry the old one round with you because @StagecoachGM won't let you use a bus pass on a different handset. Great Idea.

@StagecoachGM @ManCityCouncil What are your plans to stop this happening tomorrow? You cant grind to a halt over roadworks. The only blessing tonight was the rain had finally stopped. I walked most of my way home before being picked up by family. Kids luckily picked up by someone else.

***ALL CITY CENTRE SERVICES*** We have delays on services up to 2 hours on the routes, this is due to the works on Medlock St have caused the City Centre to grind to a halt, these works are managed and have been authorised by @ManCityCouncil This is beyond our control.

@StagecoachGM So, maybe look at the person presenting their prepaid ticket on your app rather than gawking at the person who didn't think to prepare their change before boarding. Totally defeats the object of the supposedly more convenient mobile ticket! Thanks for pissing me off further...
