Last 5km of that run yday was something I just can’t explain but just kept thinking of this man roaring all sorts!! What a day, the support around town was outrageous 💙

Never had the urge or to be fair the fitness levels to do a marathon but I’ve big admiration for anyone who runs them. I’d imagine this sort of thing is huge in getting anyone through the tough parts. Brilliant this is 💙
