@KBow_Photo @AlvaroF2_ I did hear about BoP tables not being published🙂 So, a completely wrong assumption. To call a series in which they throw an FCY every time there's a bit of debris on the track a true competition is utter lunacy. But you do you. Both series have their issues.

Maturity is realising WEC is just an sportscar exhibition parade, while IMSA is an actual racing championship.

@AlvaroF2_ @ErvVonOx What the person your are replying to doesn’t understand is that WEC no longer publicly releasing the BOP tables show that you’re right. IMSA is the superior series and the only reason anyone really participates in WEC is to get to Le Mans

@ErvVonOx I'm sorry but I can't consider a true competition a series where the winners are choosen by finger. In WEC you can show your pace, sure. Like Porsche did in Le Mans 2025. See how it ended up 👍🏻

@KBow_Photo I mean you could say a similar for GTWC for Spa 24 hours, its just how it is, plus its a way to filter down cars as there is lots of demand for cars to race at Le Mans

Maturity is realising WEC is actually endurance racing while IMSA (MEC races) is a collection of sprint races. In WEC, after an FCY if it is a short one, there will not be a SC thrown but IMSA always throw an SC even when it is not needed, thats why IMSA has "closer racing".

A 6:40 is super fast and I know the zr1x still has over 200 more hp than this upgraded gtd. But this mustang is literally running slicks and they did upgrade the supercharger. It’s kind of misleading that these articles are saying it like it’s a stock car for the caption/title

@gapple_bees Even if you consider them professionals, there are massive differences between the speed of professionals drivers. They certainly are not platinum drivers like Ford is using

@KBow_Photo I didn’t want to note that since the engineers did get trained and have a bunch of laps under their belts but they arent professionals. I wonder what the car would run with someone like Misha.
