I am so grateful for tools like Blast!  With the help of my coaches and Blast, my bat metrics continue to improve!  I’ve been focusing on bat speed and making sure the adjustments for it don’t throw off the other numbers. So far this month my high bat speed is 58.2! (My last ODM testing bat speed was 44.3) But most important my average bat speed gets better week after week!
