@maggistratus this week there was an older woman at the counter trying to return something she bought but the QR code wasn't working.. the employee is reading the instructions on the old lady's phone. It said return via kohls, whole foods or UPS! 😭 The employee was so sweet and patient.

At my local post office the lady that works there has, on occasion, called me to the front of the line and yelled “she gets to go first cause she knows what she’s doing here”
