My statement on this morning's federal law enforcement activity.

I'm hearing this from farmers across Minnesota. Trump's illegal tariffs and his illegal war with Iran devastated our farm economy. I sued and won at the Supreme Court to stop the tariffs. I also beat John Deere's repair monopoly, so farmers can fix their own equipment. Our farmers feed all of us, and I'll keep fighting for them against government overreach and corporate greed.

We’ve seen what happens when powerful interests put profits over people. No matter who tries to take advantage, I’ll keep standing up for fairness, affordability, and the dignity every family deserves. Thanks for being in this fight, CD3!

I'm grateful to everyone who showed up at the CD6 organizing convention to put democracy in action. Folks are fired up to build a Minnesota where everyone can live with dignity, safety, and respect. As Attorney General, that’s the work I show up to do every day.

Proud to be endorsed by the @MNAFLCIO, because my job as Attorney General is simple: have working people’s backs. When bosses steal wages, when corporations ignore contracts, when employers try to silence unions, I hold them accountable.

Wage theft is real theft, and workers deserve every dollar they earn. I created the first wage theft unit in the history of my office to make sure people get paid what they’re owed, to hold bad actors accountable, and we’ve already brought back hundreds of thousands of dollars to Minnesota workers.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: gender-affirming care is healthcare. And this week, we won in court to protect it for young people in Minnesota. The federal government does not get to bully doctors, patients, and families or rip essential care away from kids who need it. It’s my honor and duty to make sure every Minnesotan can live with dignity, safety, and respect in their everyday life. Whether it’s your healthcare, your rights, or your livelihood, I will always be in your corner fighting for you.

Grateful to have the support of End Citizens United in the fight to level the playing field for everyday Minnesotans. Our system should serve people, not special interests. I’m committed to protecting access to the ballot box, taking on corporate greed, and rooting out corruption so government works for everyone and ensures dignity, safety, and respect for all.

Grateful to spend time with residents at Marvella Retirement Community yesterday and run into some old friends. Listening to Minnesotans helps guide this work, and I’m committed to making sure our seniors are supported and heard.

Prince showed us it was okay to stand out, and that the best way to be cool is to be yourself. 10 years after his death, the world is still a little less bright without Prince in it.

From Thoreau to Dr. King to today, speaking out against injustice is an American tradition. And today, people are speaking out because children are being denied basic care, something that should never be up for debate.

BREAKING: A jury found that Live Nation and Ticketmaster run illegal monopolies that drives up the cost of concert tickets and hurts both artists and venues. This is a win for everyone who thinks concert tickets are too damn expensive. I'm proud to have brought this lawsuit.

Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” will strip Hennepin Healthcare of $1.7 billion over a decade — pushing HCMC into financial crisis and our entire health care system toward collapse. This is a statewide crisis that demands a whole-of-community approach. We will not let HCMC fail.

Donald Trump didn’t target Minnesota with Operation Metro Surge by accident. It’s because of what we represent. A state rooted in courage, community, and care. A state that proves every day there’s a better way forward.
