@GazelleStep Maybe not the answer you want but I find that a break from the genre, like 2 weeks or more, cures my autopilot usually. I always improve on my bad habits more easily after a long break

Genuinely, how do I stop autopiloting in fighting games? There are so many times where instead of doing the right punish that I know I should be doing in my head that my hands just kinda act before i think it. Is it the unmedicated ADHD or does anyone else do this?

In Japan, it's common to start business messages with "Otsukaresama desu." When sending messages in English, do you put anything at the beginning? Is "Hello" sufficient? Could someone let me know…?😭😭

I think some of these reasons are why throw is strong actually. You get so much information out of your opponent from a throw or two or a million. You can find out if your opponent is button teching mostly or throw teching and can target their defensive options and adapt your off
