I'm beginning to wonder if shadow banning applies to books too! I looked online for @OborneTweets latest book. Like The Fraud it's not available on @kobo (I boycott Amazon) Tried @Waterstones click n collect. Oddly not available. So I went to my #hitchin store & ordered it.

A warning for authors if you are doing a price promo with @kobo . It may not work. I had been a big fan of Kobo since going wide, but they've recently made it nearly impossible to get ahold of customer support. And for the second time, one of my price promos simply isn't working despite everything being correctly configured. If you're doing a BookBub deal or something else important, double and triple check your prices. Set them early. And consider just changing the regular price, which is what I had to do last time. I've never had this issue with Amazon or D2D. Disappointing.

@kobo How about a post "how to deal with an abviously defective device" I moved from kindle to kobo in order for my private books to stay on my device (kindle deleted them) but it seems Kobo is doing the same! And when i complained, Kobo team just said "tough luck".
