@cinter123 @0xDeepRed @GyaruGlow As I said I know that privacy died a long time ago, but it's not a reason to enforce such law that constitute a dangerous first step that allow a state to look at peoples private exchanges. Especially when this law was already rejected once for being inefficient in March

And if you care about privacy, stop using Internet, because when you use Twitter, tiktok, Instagram etc. by agreeing to TOS you literally giving personal info

@cinter123 @0xDeepRed @GyaruGlow however this law renewal was already rejected once in the parliament for the concern I've spoken above. Secondly, despite this system being present it didn't prevent the distribution of new CSAM content and it didn't increase conviction linked to that

@cinter123 @0xDeepRed @GyaruGlow The companies are already violating people privacy and peoples doesn't give a care. The main issue is that cementing this in the law can lead to some very dangerous precedent because a state always encompass more aspect of life than a company centered on an activity
