Added an amazing new experience to my resume: judging for Miss Iowa program! Current Miss Iowa is so charming. She opened the program singing National Anthem, served as Master of Cermony, and was an excellent cheerleader for all the girls competing! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!

Get up, dress up, show up, put a drink in your hand!! ❤️A massive project I’ve been working on since Friday is due tonight!! It’s raining, dogs didn’t want to go out & get fresh groom full of rain/mud, but I will STILL conquer this day & this project by 11:59pm! #ICanDoHardThings

7,708 days ago I took the 𝙊𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚. I’ve been blessed with so many fantastic supervisors, employees, & colleagues that have & continue to perform their duties to ensure our Joint Warfighters have what they need to defend this country! Continue to work hard!

We all know each day could be our last. I’m PROUD of the work we do to support the Joint Warfighter. I provided five bullet points again. I have no issue with them asking. “We are living through tough times, but we can do hard things, & still 𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙎𝙀 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙔!”

The brightest spot of my Friday was narrating the retirement ceremony for our Deputy to the Commander. It spikes my heartrate & makes my palms sweaty, but I really LOVE narrating. I think because I LOVE celebrating someone’s Army Soldier &/or Army Civilian Career.
